MXD6 is used for many products from automotive parts to food packaging because of its excellent barrier to gases harmful to foods and beverages.

The molding specifications of Nylon-MXD6 match well with the criteria for molding other materials. This means you can use MXD6 in combination with polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polypropylene (PP), or polyethylene (PE) to achieve co-injection molding and co-extrusion molding to produce laminated containers, bottles, and packaging sheets.
