To realize our R&D strategies, MGC makes its Planning & Development Divisions select appropriate themes according to needs (market information) and seeds (our proprietary resources, raw materials and technologies) and cooperate with the Research laboratories to effectively produce differentiated products.

To increase the efficiency of Group-wide research and development activities, we implement the R&D promotion system as shown below.
All research themes are objectively evaluated and prioritized, and research and development is accelerated by allocating resources to highly evaluated themes.
