MGC Commons is an innovation center operated by MGC. This facility aims to create value to share with society through encounters, learning, and growth for a diverse range of people.
MGC Commons is a facility that aims to connect various human resources and organizations inside and outside the MGC Group to develop human resources who can create innovations. We want to be a common place where diverse people gather without barriers. We would like to realize the common mission of the MGC Group: “Creating value to share with society”. With this in mind, we named the facility MGC Commons. The facility will work on “human resource development” that transcends the conventional framework of in-house human resource development, and “innovation creation” that transcends industry boundaries to co-create new social and economic value. We will also work on “information dissemination” to introduce the diversity and depth of the MGC Group’s businesses. In this way, the facility will contribute to the sustainable growth of our Group.
Facility
Appearance
The exterior of the building is richly decorated with trees and greenery in reference to Kiba, where the facility is located. The design is characterized by simple straight lines, but also incorporates curved lines and deep shapes to give a softer impression than that of a regular office.
Commons
An atrium connecting the entire facility creates a sense of openness and liveliness, and an auditorium staircase equipped with a stage and a curved LED monitor.
Conference Room
A conference room for up to 200 people, which can be connected or divided according to the number of participants and purpose of use.
Studio
An information dissemination space where events and seminars can be recorded and live-streamed.
Dome
Meeting room that facilitates free thinking and collaboration in a unique space.
Lounge Area
Space with relaxing sofas and unique fixtures.
Personal Booth
Private room and semi-private room with good sound isolation which are good for online meeting or uninterrupted work.
Outdoor terrace
An outdoor green terrace that connects the upper and lower floors of the facility, creating a lively atmosphere and interaction through the flow of people.
Meeting Room
Meeting room with an online environment available for small meetings or to accommodate visitors.
