Electronics Materials Division

In the electronics field, MGC was the first company in Japan to develop the base material for PWBs (for transistor radios), and since then has continued to offer highly functional, high performance products that meet the stringent requirements of the electronics industry. In our three facilities, we produce some unique materials. BT laminates based on BT resin, our own invention, are widely used in IC plastic packages, high frequency devices, and similar electronic devices. We have developed high performance epoxy laminates for the communications field that requires high speed and multi function. Laminates are not the only products we produce for the PWB industry. We also make LE (Lubricated entry) SHEET. LE SHEET is an entry sheet that helps to make good quality holes with mechanical drilling. Our products are widely used by customers in Japan and throughout the world. We will continue development with our highly sophisticated technology in order to meet the increasingly more complicated and density-oriented needs of the electronics industry.
