Launch of Oligonucleotide CRDMO Service Website and Announcement of Exhibition at "OTS 2025"

 Mitsubishi Gas Chemical Company, Inc. (MGC; Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President: Yoshinori Isahaya) is pleased to announce the launch of a dedicated website for "AXELPHEX," our CRDMO service that integrates oligonucleotide CDMO (Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization) services and CRO (Contract Research Organization) functions. This initiative strengthens the business partnership with Hokkaido System Science Co., Ltd. (HSS; Head Office: Sapporo, Hokkaido; President: Yukio Mizutani) to participate in the oligonucleotide CDMO business.

 "AXELPHEX" is a coined term combining "Accelerate" and "Pharmaceutical," intended to accelerate the drug discovery process. The name embodies our commitment to accelerating drug discovery by providing one-stop services from the research stage through clinical trial phases, including not only the manufacturing of oligonucleotide API but also various testing services.

 We will exhibit at "OTS 2025 (21st Annual Meeting of the Oligonucleotide Therapeutics Society)," to be held in Budapest, Hungary from October 19 to 22, where we will introduce our services.
 Additionally, at this conference, we will present a poster on our purification technology currently under development for separating N-1mer (single-base deletion impurities) generated during oligonucleotide manufacturing process.

 Under our mission of "Creating Value to Share with Society," MGC will continue to promote the social implementation of useful technologies in the medical field and contribute to a healthy society in the future.
