MGC Booth at AUSPACK 2022

　Mitsubishi Gas Chemical Company, Inc. (MGC; Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President: Masashi Fujii) will be presenting oxygen absorber AGELESS™, PharmaKeep™, AGELESS OMAC™and high-performance polyamide MX Nylon at AUSPACK 2022, an exhibition scheduled from May 17 to 20, 2022.

　MGC is the pioneer and innovator of AGELESS™, an oxygen absorber that uses iron to react with oxygen in airtight containers during rusting to prevent negatively impacting the contents. AGELESS™ thereby has made it possible to preserve the taste and freshness of food for a long time. PharmaKeep™ can prevent medicinal properties of tablets and pills from oxidizing and hydrolyzing. AGELESS OMAC™, a new high-performing oxygen absorber film, helps enable active packaging that meets customer needs.

　MX Nylon has the best O₂ and CO₂ gas barrier among all commercially available polyamides and is commonly used for food and beverage packaging.
