LumipluS®

LumipluS®LP〇-XXXX are transparent resins with ultra-high refractive index (maximum; 1.76) and selectable curing method (heat curing or UV curing). LumipluS® is suitable for mainly micro/nanoimprint, optical adhesive and optical additive etc. LumipluS® can be customized its refractive index from 1.60 to 1.71 and can cover a wide range of applications as optical material. LumipluS®LZD-XXXX are transparent heat-resistance adhesives with medium refractive index.

Grade

  • High Refractive Index and High Abbe’s Number / Standard Grade LPB-1102
    Refractive index of LPB-1102 is 1.71. It is suitable for first trial as high refractive index optical resin.

  • Low Yellowing Grade LPC-1101, LPJ-1105
    Refractive indexes of LPC-1101 and LPJ-1105 are 1.67 and 1.64, respectively. These are suitable for lightfast application compared with LPB-1102.

  • High Refractive Index / Rapid Curing Grade LPJ-1102
    Refractive index of LPJ-1102 is 1.67. It is suitable for short time curing process.

  • High Refractive Index / Spin-Coating Grade LPS-1130
    Refractive index of LPS-1130 is 1.69. Its viscosity is higher than that of LPB-1102, and it is suitable for spin-coating process.

  • Ultra-High Refractive Index LPL-1150 (Under Development)
    Refractive index (d-line) of LPL-1150 is 1.76 (same with that of Sapphire).

Adhesives

  • High Refractive Index Adhesives LPK-series
    LPK-series are high refractive index adhesives. Their refractive index (1.60~1.66), Abbe’s number (high/low) and viscosity (high/low) can be customized.

  • High Refractive Index / High UV Resistance / Rapid Curing Adhesive LPK-2000
    LPK-2000 is a high refractive index adhesive and free from inhibition of oxygen. It is suitable for applications with high light exposure and curing processes under atmospheric condition.

  • Medium Refractive Index / Heat Resistance Adhesive LZD-2020
    LZD-2020 is a medium refractive index adhesive. It is suitable for adhesion of both poor-adherent inorganic and plastic materials. It shows high adhesion after an exposure to high temperature.
