Liquefied carbon dioxide

MGC manufactures two types of Liquefied carbon dioxide through the reuse of carbon dioxide gas generated during Ammonia production.
One of the largest demands for Liquefied carbon dioxide is in the manufacture of welding shield gas. In welding automobile parts or building materials, any air intrusion into the lines can cause a deterioration of welding intensity due to the resultant introduction of impurities with the air. To avoid such a problem, a welding method where Liquefied carbon dioxide is sprayed around the joint lines eliminates this air contamination and yields highly intensive and rigid welds.
